Equipped with Zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent, PSA Oxygen Generator can separate oxygen from the surrounding air by adsorption and release of nitrogen. Oxygen concentrations can be 93%(±3%)and over 99.5%.Principle of PSA Oxygen Generation
PSA oxygen generator uses zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS) as sorbent, to adsorb and release nitrogen with the principle which is pressurization makes adsorption and depressurization makes desorption, in order to finally get production oxygen. PSA oxygen generator is a kind of automated equipment. ZMS is produced by a special groove treatment process. Its surface and interior are full of white sorbents which are microporousand spherical particles. Its groove character make the dynamic separation of O2 and N2 come true. Separation is based on the tiny difference of aerodynamic diameter of O2 and N2. N2 molecule diffuses faster than O2 molecule in the micropore of ZMS. Diffusion rates of water, CO2 in compressed air are almost the same as that of N2. The final enriched are oxygen molecules from adsorption towers.
